Binh T. Bui

Binh grew in Vietnam until his family immigrated to the US as "boat
people" refugees following the Vietnam War. His family settled in
Southern California in the San Gabriel Valley, Los Angeles county.
Binh attended undergraduate university at the University of San
Diego (USD). After a few years of working as an autistic therapist,
a "dotcom geek," and a stint in the pharmaceutical industry he
went back to law school at USD. He graduated with a law degree
in 2003 as well as a Master's in Business Administration in 2004.
After working in Washington, DC and Miami he opened a practice
in San Diego. Binh likes to surf and snowboard. 



Olga Maria Ramos, Dr., LLM*
International Attorney

Ms. Olga Maria Ramos studied Communication Sciences  and pursued the Bachelors in Laws and Political Sciences Program at the University of Lima. In 2001, Ms. Ramos pursued the Master of Laws Program (LLM) in the U.S. with emphasis in Intellectual Property and International Business at The George Washington Law School in consortium with Georgetown Law Center.

In 2002, Ms. Ramos worked for a non-profit organization in San Diego, California providing legal advice on immigration issues to low-income people. In 2003, Mrs. Ramos worked for a prestigious boutique law firm in Miami-Florida specialized in business immigration law and  focused her practice on foreign investment visas, profesional and work visas as well as family based petitions and removal proceedings defenses before the Immigration Court. In 2004, Ms. Ramos was appointed as a poll watcher for the Venezuelan Presidential Referendum conducted at the Venezuelan Consulate in Miami, Florida. In 2007 Ms. Ramos joined our firm in San Diego, CA. In 2011, Ms. Ramos became a partner of our affiliate office in Lima-Peru.

Ms. Ramos has written articles on domestic violance in Lima, Perú and specializes in cases involving international laws, immigration laws, international business, asylum, VAWA (Violence Against Woman Act), human rights and removal and deportation court defense.

Ms. Ramos’ ample experience abroad was earned as a clerk for the now Supreme Court Justice of Lima, Peru, intern for BCPO (Business Consulting Company), the Tax Department of the Municipality of Miraflores, Counsel for  NISSAN,  and Personal Advisor to Municipal Councilors.

Ms. Ramos is a NY BAR successful candidate (pending license) and is admitted to the LIMA BAR Association in Peru.



Fabiola A. Navarro

Mrs. Fabiola Navarro obtained her Master in Law Degree from Escuela de Derecho de la Universidad de Valparaiso, Chile. She was admitted and has been a licensed Chilean attorney since August 2002. She worked for the Instituto de Normalización Previsional, a Chilean government institution and also for the Corporación de Asistencia Judicial, in the Civil Section.

Mrs. Navarro moved to the U.S, and after completing her ESL studies and several College General Education courses, she worked as a paralegal at the Personal Injury law firm of Ravid and Associates, P.C, Southfield, Michigan, (2004-2005). Later, she moved to San Diego, CA and rendered legal services for the Immigration Law Firm of Lilia Velasquez in 2006. She then started the process of obtaining her CA license, first passing the MPRE and the Moral Examination, and currently she is in pursuit of passing the Bar Exam.

Mrs. Navarro's passion is to work for her community and in the promotion of Human Rights, therefore, she has been a volunteer for the Institute Joan B. Kroc of Peace and Justice, where she has attended the annual International Women Peacemakers Conference and has been participating in its events since 2005. She also has been a member of Amnesty International Group 137 Hillcrest since 2005.
